Briscoe Park

THE TOWN TURNED REDSUMMER IN THE SOUTHSUPERRARE
Briscoe Park
Briscoe Park is an American fine art photographer working in conceptual landscape and nocturnal scene-building. From a van he's driven across the country for years, he turns overlooked places — Louisiana bayous, Southern back roads, Montana ridgelines — into stages for images that feel less documented than dreamt. His pictures lean cinematic and quietly sci-fi: a cathedral pulled from a pitch-black field by lantern light, a roadside motel softened by red neon. He builds atmosphere in-camera with practical light, treating each location as a found set. The result reads like stills from a film no one ever made. He shoots primarily on Canon and has shown work through galleries including Mortal Machine (New Orleans), with editioned releases on-chain alongside traditional prints.
