Remove an intimate image

If an intimate image or video of you was posted on Sienna without your consent, you can ask us to remove it. You don’t need a Sienna account.

What we remove under this process

Nude or sexual images or videos of a real, identifiable person, posted without that person’s consent. This includes images that were altered or generated to look like you.

How to ask

Fill in the form below, or email takedown@sienna.art with the same information. Please don’t send us a copy of the image or your ID. We don’t need either.

Who are you?
Statement

Knowingly false requests may lead to removal of your Sienna account.

What happens next

  • We confirm by email that we received your request.
  • We remove the image within 48 hours of receiving a complete request, along with any identical copies we find on Sienna.
  • We email you when it’s done. If something is missing from your request, we’ll ask for it within those 48 hours.
  • The person who posted it is told the post was removed. We don’t share your name or contact details with them.

If the person in the image is under 18

Tick the box in the form, or say so in your email, and we’ll act immediately. You can also use Take It Down, a free service from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. It helps stop images taken before age 18 from spreading online, and the image never leaves your device.
